Berkshire can assist property owners in making applications to various programs for the reimbursement of costs associated with environmental investigations and remedial actions. Berkshire’s staff includes a Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) who is able to verify completion with the milestone requirements of the Connecticut Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Cleanup Fund.
These programs include:
- the Connecticut Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Clean-Up Fund administered by the CT DEEP
- the Massachusetts Chapter 21J Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Product Cleanup Fund
- the Dry Cleaner Fund administered by the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD)
