• Negotiated a Consent Order
• Prepared a Detailed Remedial Action Plan
• Obtained CT DEEP Approval of the Remedial Action Plan
• Assisted in Obtaining Bids for Remedial Activities

Berkshire was retained to assist the owner of a parcel of land containing various 55-gallon drums and a pile of casting sand with hazardous concentrations of lead in negotiating a Consent Order with the CT DEEP.
