On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

• Perform Site Inventory & Hazardous Waste Determination
• Introduced Personnel Training Program
• Coordinated Proper Disposal of All On-site Hazardous Wastes
• Provide Assistance for Negotiations With the State & Federal Regulatory Agencies

Berkshire was retained to prepare a response to a Notice of Violation resulting from improper storage of hazardous waste. Berkshire is currently overseeing hazardous waste compliance, and personnel training program.
