On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

• Research and Investigate UST Documentation and Evidence
• Advance Soil Borings, Collect Samples, Review & Interpret Results
• Conduct a Well Receptor Survey and Collect Samples from Neighboring Potable Wells
• Prepare Remedial Action Plan

Berkshire was retained by an estate to evaluate the potential for an undocumented heating fuel UST at a residential property. Berkshire reviewed historic CT DEEP documentation and traced abandoned supply lines in the basement of the residence. Berkshire subsequently conducted subsurface investigations to evaluate conditions in the apparent UST grave, define the degree and extent of subsurface impacts, evaluate the potential for off-site impacts, sample potable wells, and prepare a remedial action plan.
