On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

• Develop a Site Specific Health & Safety Plan
• Advance Soil Borings, Collect Samples, Review & Interpret Results
• Collect Indoor Air Quality Samples, Conduct Well Receptor Survey
• Prepare Remedial Action Plan

Berkshire was retained to oversee the removal of a heating fuel UST at a bank-owned commercial property. Additionally, Berkshire was retained to delineate the degree and extent of subsurface impacts, collect indoor air quality samples, and prepare a remedial action plan.
