Berkshire was retained to perform a Phase I Site Assessment on an abandoned industrial complex. This site consisted of two parcels of land with four separate buildings. The Phase I was completed in accordance with ASTM standard E 1527-00 and the CT DEEP Transfer Act Assessment Guidance Document.
