Transfer Act Consulting / LEP Verification – Newtown, CT
On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

- Compliance Verification
Berkshire was retained to evaluate the status of an industrial property relative to the Connecticut Transfer Act and provide a Verification of Compliance with the Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations. The verification received a “no audit” letter from the CT DEEP.
