On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

• Develop a Site Specific Health & Safety Plan
• Collect UST Closure Samples, Review & Interpret Results
• Coordinate Transportation & Disposal Services
• Compile Disposal Reconciliation Logs

Berkshire was retained to provide oversight for the removal of a residential #2 fuel oil tank. Petroleum-impacted soil was excavated and properly disposed. The property was remediated under the protocol of CT DEP guidance documents.
