Berkshire can perform all routine and non-routine operation and maintenance (O&M) tasks associated with the operation of in-situ soil and groundwater remediation systems. Berkshire can also perform change-outs of liquid and vapor-phase carbon and coordinate for the proper disposal of spent carbon.

These tasks include:

• the monitoring of system performance
• making adjustments and repairs as needed to optimize system performance
• the collection of air and water discharge samples in accordance with regulatory discharge permits
• the collection of routine groundwater samples
