On behalf of this customer, Berkshire has performed the following tasks:

Berkshire was retained to perform Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments at an active lumber yard complex. This site consisted of four parcels of land with five separate buildings. The Phase II Assessment included the completion of 36 soil borings and the collection and laboratory analysis of 71 soil and 16 groundwater samples from temporary and permanent groundwater monitoring wells installed both on and off the site.
